At Amos Lighting + Home, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we offer a straightforward 14-day return window if an item doesn't perfectly suit your space. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt via email or our online portal to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, including all internal protective materials, hardware, and instructions to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the return label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier point, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
