What is the standard delivery timeframe for lighting fixtures?
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. For bespoke or oversized furniture pieces, lead times may vary as noted on the product page.
Do your light fittings come with bulbs included?
To allow customers to choose their preferred color temperature and brightness, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated in the product description. We recommend checking the 'Specifications' tab for the required bulb type.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that installed lighting fixtures or custom-ordered furniture may not be eligible for a full refund.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Amos Lighting + Home products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against electrical and manufacturing defects to ensure the highest quality for your home.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we strongly recommend that all electrical items are installed by a qualified, licensed electrician to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
